Everybody wassup, I was absent these last days, I was out of town visiting some family, so I hope that explain the lack of posts and updates recently. Well, today I feel like talking about Entrecard. As I am an entrecard user, I tried to get the maximum of exposure in order to get a large amount of dorps that will impact my entrecard space price, that’s the old system, but now as every entrecard user know that the credits to advertise in your blog is calculated from the numbers of adverts waiting to show up their buttons in your Entrecard widget. That’s the new rules but I don’t like them, simply because I think it’s stupid to rank a blog basing on the numbers of people that want to advertise on!

Anyway, it’s not what I want to talk about in this post. I want to talk about the placement of the Entrecard widget on your blog. I saw a lot of blogs that use Entrecard, some of them place the widget on the top, some in the middle and others in the bottom of the page. As I think there are advantages and disadvantages of these three placements, let clarify some points in short:

1. Entrecard Widget in the top of the page:
+ Better visiblity for your widget to other Entrecard users in order to attract them to drop their cards.
- EC users will find your widget easily, drop and leave without having the interest to crawl to the bottom of the page to check your post titles.

2. Entrecard Widget in the bottom of the page:
+ Ec users will look around your blog to the bottom of the page looking for the EC button, and they may be attracted by one of your posts, like that you’ll win another interested reader.
- People may get bored and leave your blog without even giving you a drop.

3. Entrecard Widget in the middle of the page: In my opinion it’s the best placement that will give you the best chance to get the advantages of the two first placements.
