New Survey: How Do You Use The Internet?

These last days, I was working on a small survey on the Make Money Online topic. I interviewed 30 people of my friends and family that don’t have any experience or knowledge on Adsense or affiliate, they don’t even know that there is an opportunity to make money online and it’s for real. So they are normal Internet users.

The survey was based on 5 principale questions and 83.34% ( 25 person ) of them made the same statements. Here is the survey details and results:

Q1: How do you find new websites?
A1: I use a search engines ( 80% of them use Google ).

Q2: When browsing the site, do you click on banner ads?
A2: Never, I hate banner ads and I hate pop-ups too.

Q3: When browsing the site, do you click on external links?
A3: I often do if It’s looks to me that these other links are related to what I’m interested in.

Q4: Do you favorite or share websites with friends and family?
A4: I rarely do ( For entertainment websites only )

Q5: Do you ever come back to these sites?
A5: Rarely, when I need something else I simply use search engines again.

Q6: Do you know that you can make money online?
A6: No, Is that for real? Can you tell me how?

So this is the reason why webmasters should focus more on SEO, people trust and love search engines because you can rely on them to get information with ease anytime! Another hint, try to avoid banner ads and pop-ups because people hate these types of ads but fortunately they still click on textual ads, kind of Google Adsense ads.
