Canon has announced the launch of a new flagship digital SLR camera in the line of EOS. This new product, called Canon EOS 650D, is equipped with a 18-megapixel CMOS sensor APS-C format, and graphics processor DIGIC 5. It separately stated that this device uses a new auto focus system which is high speed. It includes nine cross-type sensors, and an additional subsystem Hybrid CMOS AF, which provides high speed AF mode Live View.
In addition, through the use of Movie Servo AF and STM lenses (Stepping Motor), quiet operation is achieved by a mechanism of continuous focus while shooting videos. Another feature of the presented device is a rotating 3-inch Clear View touch screen with a resolution of 1,040,000 pixels, having the support of multi-touch. The touch screen can be used to select the AF point, navigate menus and work with images.
Camera model EOS 650D by Canon allows you to shoot in automatic mode and manually set the camera settings. It’s reported that for the inexperienced user modes are provided, allowing them to obtain high-quality photos and videos when shooting in low light conditions: Handheld Night Scene, HDR Backlight Control, Multi-Shot Noise Reduction, Video Snapshot and Scene Intelligent Auto. New product provides the ability to change sensitivity in the range of ISO100 to ISO12800 (ISO25600 up in verbose mode) and allows continuous shooting at 5 frames per second.
The new digital SLR camera Canon EOS 650D should go on sale in the U.S. in late June. The suggested retail price of the camera is set at $850. Also, the device will be available in the kits with lenses with variable focal length EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II for a suggested retail price of $950 and the new EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM for a suggested retail price of $1,200) In addition, in June interchangeable lenses EF 40mm f/2.8 STM and EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM go on sale for a suggested retail price of $200 and $550 respectively.
