To start with Clickbank, you have to open an affiliate account with them. To select a product, visit the Clickbank marketplace which offers various products in different categories. Selection should be made considering the conversion rate, the cost of the product, the commission offered and other factors. After you select a product, get the affiliate link for the same and start promoting it. There are different ways to promote clickbank products of which Google Adwords is the best.

Adwords is the most effective advertising technique which can bring good quality targeted traffic to your website. It is the fastest way to start promoting Clickbank products. Go to the Adwords site and register with them. After registration, you can create an ad for your product. Make sure that the ad copy adheres to the editorial guidelines of Adwords.

(iii) The Adsense ads should be placed in such places where they are easily noticed by your visitors. The ads may be placed at the top or the right or left sides of a page. A very effective ad format is the ‘Large Rectangle’ ( 336*280), which results in a high click through rate.

(iv) Avoid showing public service ads on your site. These ads do not earn any revenue for the site.

(v)  Use titles like ‘Sponsored Links’ or ‘Advertisements’ over the Google ads. Do not put some free space around the ads.

(vi) It is advised to blend the ads with your page. The color of the ads should be matched with the color of the rest of the page and the borders should be removed. This will make the ads to look like normal links and not ads.

(vii) More ad units do not guarantee higher earning. Actually, the less the number of ad units, the more will be the earning per click.

(viii) Track your ‘Click Through Rate’ or CTR from the beginning. Adsense provides a free tracking system which lets you track your CTR for different sites/blogs. You can experiment with different ad colors/fonts, ad placement, content etc. to see which gives you the maximum CTR.

(ix) Try to drive targeted organic traffic from the search engines. The higher the traffic, the higher will be your revenue from ad clicks.

I was thinking about writing an ebook about this method as all Internet marketers do, but I felt like enjoying writing about it to help people especially newbies to get more experience in the make money online field. Update 1: I got an email asking about how many poll websites and videos that generates over 3000$ per month? Well, the answer is that I have about 150 videos published on Youtube for 10 poll websites, that results to 15 videos per website. From this you can conclude that’s in average every website makes 300$ per month.. That’s a small 10$ per day! Easy to reach, isn’t?

I am sure to receive my payments shortly and that too more than my previous records.

Here is an interesting information: The number of people using online dating sites and services is decreasing, according to some new research. But the revenue from online dating services is actually increasing.

The research released by eMarketer, finds only 4% of U.S. female Internet users say they visited online dating sites in 2008, compared to 8% just four years earlier, and 5% in 2007. However, the Internet dating industry revenue reached $1.18 billion in 2008, at the same time, estimates put the Internet dating industry at revenues of $1.65 billion in 2012:  An important and noticeable growth from past years.

It seems that’s not easy to analyze this data, because as you see, people claims that they don’t use online dating services anymore, however the revenu of the industry is up. eMarketer thinks that the reason behind that is  more effective pricing and niche-targeting by online dating services, in the other hand, I have a simple explanation – that could be a part of it – though: People don’t want to admit they are using Internet dating services.

The new owner was listed as Serverloft, a German provider of professional root servers. Serverloft CEO said that he is a reader of the blog for a long time, and the company will continue working on the site in its current format.

The blog had about 25,000 RSS subscribers and a high commenting activity which shows an active & interactive community.

The blog has a Technorati rank of 756, Alexa rank identified as 107,216, but a more valuable 7,611 for Germany. The revenue of the blog was not revealed.
