1. Go for a walk

5. Get rid of temptations
If you check the inbox from 5 in 5 minutes it’s no wonder that you have a headache! And if you try to update the Facebook account, to answer the phone, then the solution is to you! Cancel everything, deal with each separately and you’ll see that your power of concentration will increase instantly.
6. Eat berries
