It is important to look after your employees’ well being, both mentally and physically. Your business should be looking after the employees’ well being at all times, but during a pandemic, this task should be taken more seriously. Good gestures during hard time can be kept in your staff minds during long time much more that any normal situation, which will lead to more loyalty.

Make sure you are currently taking as much preventive measures as possible, especially educational ones. Prevention is the key to fight a pandemic.

If your business is currently able to help society in general somehow, then it’s a good idea to do so. Whether is just sending a message or helping those who are currently in need, anything you do to support the world during the pandemic will be taken into account, which means that your business will have a better image.
